We had to plan the filming in order to film the best footage, and do it ion the most efficient way possible. To dod this, it meant creating a shooting schedule. This would help us out a lot when shooting the footage for a number of reasons. Firstly, the shooting schedule helps us to keep on track when filming. if we have a plan to stick with for shooting. it will give us a time frame to work in, and then it will also give us time to go back and to gather reshoots if we need to. This is a big help because if we didn't give ourselves enough time to set up re-shoots, then we would find ourselves struggling. Therefore having this schedule to work with is very helpful.
Here you can see the shooting schedule. As well as allowing us to have the ability to re shoot and use our time efficiently, it also allows us to be able to see whether or not we would need any props for the shoot. Due to the fact we can see what we are filming, and where we are filming, we can therefore look over our props plan and just pick up the props we need for the shoots.
Beneath you can see the release forms used for all th interviewees we have chosen to start in the documentary.
Overall, the plan will help us in time and efficiency. With it allowing us to really pinpoint what we need to do and when. it will save us a huge amount of time, therefore, making more time for editing and reshoots to make our documentary as professional as possible.
